Im 5’8 nd no one knows i weigh 220. I told someone that the other day nd they ddnt believe me. I can do pull ups, run longer nd faster than most who are “skinny” or weigh less than me. It dont matter. Just practice practice practice.

@serzi your absolutely right. The biggest thing is i proved the ppl who said i couldnt do it right. But wrong! I just see what i have to do next time.
nd yes my brother takes medication, hes totally dependent on it, it zombifys him when I KNOW depression can be beat.Ive always fealt different than others, nd im trying new things. What also depresses me is change, letting go of the old, moving on in a better direction nd leaving i care about behind, being a leader and standing up for what i know is right, wanting to do better nd seeing my friends spiral out of control. I think life hurts right now, im moving in a different direction nd im lonely but not for long. 🙂
Medication can worsen depression if u ask me.

I dont want to take medication because i dont like medicine, even taking pain meds for minor pain. Its also i want to learn how to beat depression without. I fall in a slump at the most 3 times a year for about a month and i always make it out but this time ive been down longer than normal.

Thats the number one issue. Im in michigan and its super cold, but i turn the heat on and warm up with spins. -__-lol i just gotta keep working at it. Thx

Im perfecting everything before i move on to advanced. I was in shape but the gym was booooring me. Im learning how to invert correctly right now, freestyle, and strength training hard.

Only thing is im self taught thru online videos, stretching, strength training. it has taken me 9 months to get to intermediete because i didnt want to injure myself and i knew this is what i love nd eventually want to teach.
How would i go about setting up a curriculum. I have to go before the sports club board at my school and not really convince them BUT CONVINCE THEM LOL. I have to prepare by laws/constitution, and a budget.I need help coming up with these things.
They also say that they only approve sports that they feel represent university, and is not a high liability. I was wondering is there someone close to flint, mi that would be willing to help me and also assist with teaching.

No its like an iron x but your body is straight up nd down. Think of a v straddle with your legs down, body next to the pole, and holding the pole in twisted grip

Im kinda embarressed tho because i way 205 and when i tell ppl that they never believe me. Im 5’9 by the way and my ass is big 48 inches.
