I´ve tried!! I bought a special spray to fix it. and it was very good. if you don´t use the main grip points you won´t rubb it off 🙂 and the grip wasn´t affected it all

oh I love the one at 1min Veena and how you drop down into the splits from it. I also like the one at 4min, it´s so pretty

aaah chemgoddess that´s crazy, I think I saw his video, but I couldn´t remember his floorwork. I think I´ll try the back flip into middle split xD some of the stuff is onlyfor gymnasts or acrobats

The one at 3:20 would be great or the one at 3:33. Not sure whether I´m brave enough to try any of those tricks ^^

thank you 😀 those moves are all great I´ll learn all of them! the valdez will take a while for me, too. I can already do a back walkover, but it´s a lot easier from standing

I can also already do the move Nadia does at 0:40 but I´ll try to add what she does afterwards, it´s such a nice combo and she makes it look so fluid

she gets from a pike hip hold into at at about :45min 🙂

maybe this helps those who are still struggling with this move and with the other ways to get into it

yes, it´s so nice to look through the photos and videos. I miss all the girls and can´t wait to do another pole jam.

We have two hours of videos… I already went through 1h 😉

I´m sooo tired too! my alarm clock woke me up at 7am yesterday and we poled until 4pm. The other girls were tired, too, but once we were warmed up it was much better and we could practice again a lot 🙂

we also did some more chair dance in the end, roxi did an awesome forearm stand on a chair. I did one, too, but only a very short one as I was too scared ^^

and I did a middle split on two chairs 😀 I´ll check later the video and see if it was flat ^^

Our pole jam is over now 😀 It was sooooo awsome. We are all tired now ^^ I feel every muscle

We didn´t make a clear plan, but it was no problem. We could stay in the room for as long as we wanted, so it was no problem if we took longer breaks to eat something or talk a bit 🙂
I´ll try to post photos and a video as soon as possible

I think I would try another grip, if you don´t feel comfortable with it. If you hurt yourself because the TG doesn´t fit to your body, you will regret it.

And lifts with other grips are more impressive 😉 I think the Tg Lift is the easiest one and I think that´s why so many do it. If Split grip would be easier, most would use a Split grip…

I just learned the split grip lift, next will be with true grip 😉

Thanks for sharing your experiences with us gummypia 😀 I already wondered if it would be better to make a structure. And it´s a very good idea to tell the girls to think about what they would like to work on

what an awsome idea to create somthing to layer over other clothes. so everyone can wear his favourite pole shorts and tops under it 😀

I think I´ll have to get the lessons when the lesson on the ballerina is up 😀 I want this move much
@PoleMoves: I like to do an aerial invert after this or a flag invert as the body is already in front of the pole. Or I grab the pole like you hold it when you do a reverse grab spin and slide down to the floor

the reason why you can´t get it from the floor is very simple: the hands slides further down than your foot is at the bginning 😉

which one did you have lyme? the one i´ll get has 1.280 x 720 pixels and the old camera I had , too and I liked it fir filming pole videos. I film vertical when I only film one pole and horzontal when I film two poles and it worked good.

But I saw videos filmed with a Ipad and if I would have one, I would use that to film, too and wouldn´t buy a camera 😉

lol again me… I bought the Flip Slide HD 😀 Found it on amazon.de and it´ll be here on wed/thu next week. It can film 4h in HD and 12 hours in lower quality
    Thanks for the tipp cali!!

Tarah, maybe that one would be good for you, too? Or the Ultra HD cali suggested

the ultra seems to be sold out everywhere 🙁 could only found the mino, but the differences aren´t too big. 1h filming should be enough.

i found another beautiful little camera: Kodak Zi8 in pink, but also not available at the moment, only a used one on ebay

I think I´ll get the Mino HD, should be enough for me ^^ and it´s super cheap

I have another question: is it easy to film the complete pole inside with the flip? and can you put it on a tripod.

I´ve found one on ebay: http://www.ebay.de/itm/Flip-Video-MinoHD-3rd-Generation-Camcorder-1-Hour-Silber-Fun-Garantiert-/120901375777?pt=DE_Foto_Camcorder&hash=item1c26489721#ht_4150wt_1154
Is this the one you mean?

I don´t have one, but I can make one 🙂 I have only practiced it once, so it might not look perfect. I first practiced it in two steps: I lifted my legs and hooked them, then I let my lower hand slide down and release the legs. It´s important to slide down with the lower hand to get that trick (at least for me ^^)
I think the reverse variation would be hard, because the hand would have to slide upwards and  the motion is totally different. Your legs will kind of float above your head once you got the technic right 😀

I think confidence is a very important assumption for stage presence. someone with stage presence is able to catch the audience´s full attention and you see that he feels comfortable on the stage.

I love when pole dancers interact with the audience like Jenyne or Felix. A little smile over the shoulder before you climb the pole or when you did a great trick is awsome, but I think it must be natural.

I though think that you can practice this with a mirror or a camera (both very hard for me) or better with friends or a real audience.

I thought about that, too. I think it´s so important. It can make every performance so much better. Someone with a great presence doesn´t necessarily need advanced tricks to wow the audience and it kind of makes a choreo or freestyle complete
