I have a 50mm pole 🙂 do you remember how much you paid? I anyway want to buy once a second 45mm pole, so I don´t want to invest too much money in my 50mm

* on a chair ^^

oh really? I didn´t know that, I have an old top-loading pole and it´s so annoying… I´m small and have to stand on my tippy toes to put it up 🙁
-
there is a studio not so far away from my home which has their poles upside down, too. I thought they did this because they had old top-loading poles and so it was easier…
I think it´s also difficult for beginners to land on their feet after a spin or slide down after a basic invert. -
I have commented on her photo now as it´s still on her page. I told her to be fair and link the person if she uses the picture of someone else. I´m so sorry that you got in contact with that person through me.
I kept my facebook account private for a long time, too, but decided to use it as a public account as many pole dancers, too. I got to many friend invites from people I didn´t know and as I don´t post private stuff on facebook, I now accept everyone

yes, not every tricks is good for everyone, that´s so true. but your tg handspring is very good, so I think you can do the lift, too! It will be harder for you once you try to extend one leg, but everyone starts with tucked legs, so the length of the legs doesn´t matter first
I´m still trying to think of a tall pole dancer… but on tall poles everyone looks short ^^

I´m very small, but I´m sure you all will get the lift if you really want it. The lift is one of the hardest tricks I´ve learned and it need so much time and practice for everyone no matter what body you have, so don´t give up or think it wouldn´t be possible 😉
Marion Crampe looks heigh in her videos, but maybe only because of her long legs, I´ve never seen her ^^
I practiced my hangman on a spinning pole, because I think it looks nice as a spin.
You can see in this video at about 1.05 how I started with the TG Lift ^^
https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/4dc8f20f-c970-4a3b-a6a6-3e700ac37250one month later I did my first TG Lift, I did a few things different which makes it easier: I don´t try to turn my chest to the ceiling (makes it harder to engage your abs because your of the arched back) and I first lift my bottom as high as possible and then tuck my legs (not at the same time!): https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/4df650fe-96d0-4c33-8d06-3e460ac37250
Good luck and don´t give up!

wooow this looks like magic, I love it 😀 can´t wait to try all the moves you suggested
-
you can send me an email (info@polemotions.de) or private message, if you have questions about my lessons, so you don´t need to translate it 🙂

I´ve tried!! I bought a special spray to fix it. and it was very good. if you don´t use the main grip points you won´t rubb it off 🙂 and the grip wasn´t affected it all

oh I love the one at 1min Veena and how you drop down into the splits from it. I also like the one at 4min, it´s so pretty
aaah chemgoddess that´s crazy, I think I saw his video, but I couldn´t remember his floorwork. I think I´ll try the back flip into middle split xD some of the stuff is onlyfor gymnasts or acrobats
The one at 3:20 would be great or the one at 3:33. Not sure whether I´m brave enough to try any of those tricks ^^

thank you 😀 those moves are all great I´ll learn all of them! the valdez will take a while for me, too. I can already do a back walkover, but it´s a lot easier from standing
I can also already do the move Nadia does at 0:40 but I´ll try to add what she does afterwards, it´s such a nice combo and she makes it look so fluid

she gets from a pike hip hold into at at about :45min 🙂
maybe this helps those who are still struggling with this move and with the other ways to get into it

yes, it´s so nice to look through the photos and videos. I miss all the girls and can´t wait to do another pole jam.
We have two hours of videos… I already went through 1h 😉
