It is not an acrylic paint and will not wear away; think of a bicycle or playground equipment.  I had a powder coated LM for years in my garage and used acetone on it numerous times to get scuff marks left by my boots and nail polish off it on several occasions.  Typically I just used straight isopropyl alcohol and never had issues with using grip aids either.  Out of all of the pole finishes this is probably the most rugged of them all as I never once scratched my pole with my boots.  The coating is baked on as opposed to being set by a solvent drying; the solvent based paints are what you need to be concerned about.  If solvents put it on they can also take it off.

More than likely it is steel but the powder coating forms a barrier between the metal and you so it is not even an issue.  You will never have contact with the metal]

I have a bunch of the Danskin bras from Walmart that I love, but I am a 36B.  The 2 I adore though they no longer make (I stand corrected…they still have one of them available online)

This one I love the most: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Danskin-Now-Front-Close-Deep-Plunge-Sport-Bra/17480246?_mm=

I also have these that have held up for several years: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Danskin-Now-Women-s-Foam-Cup-Sports-Bra/21281327?_mm=

Pretty much any of the cupped sports bras from Danskin I have been extremely happy with.

Dinosaur arms!!!  I want to say there have been a few threads on this but a quick search could not help me.  I thought maybe Amy did a blog about it one time too, but then again, maybe my memory is failing.  I practice this when I am at Zumba (seriously!!)….it is just a matter of trying to keep extensions and slow movements.  I stroke the pole, run my hands through my hair, feel my legs, pretty much all sorts of suggestive movements, and I try to never have my hands in fists (this is really hard for elbow holds).

I have recently gotten emails from both Sarah and Chris (the guy who posted all the stuff on fb).  Sarah has been trying to open a studio where she is located.  When she realized she was going to be short of funds she reached out to the pole community for help.  I have seen people do this for others and I did not see it as odd (hell, look how many people helped numerous people on this site get free shoes).  I tried to tell her about the "fund me" site but she will admit openly that she is not good with computers at all.  This Chris guy is from France and supposedly has helped several people and sites in France, hence the poor English.  He offered to help Sarah with her studio and she agreed.  Next came the blasting on facebook which looked a LOT like spam or a scam.

There have been people who have been helpful in offering suggestions on how she could raise money and then there have been people who have been nasty beyond all nasty.

At least this is my understanding of the situation.

Spiderman is not always in costume, you know.  99% of his life is Peter Parker.

I am not sure what you do.  I work with mostly men (not all but most).  The majority of the women at my job work in the offices where I work in the lab.  I do not wear makeup nor do my hair special.  I have been in situations where I had to prove myself and in a short time I was being treated as one of the guys.  They are probably uncomfortable because they have not had to watch their mouths up to this point but now they do.  You are going to need to roll with the punches but also let someone know if they make you uncomfortable. I have done this but not to their face; usually it is by email.  If you emasculate them in front of their work mates they will for SURE make your life hell.  This is new….give them a few weeks and I am sure things will settle down.

And of course you were being checked out…you are fresh meat!

The anti seize was more for the old screw together and current PS poles.  They had a tendency to get stuck and this prevented it.

As long as the shoes have not been worn they should.

I have had this happen; it is either a manufacturing defect or sometimes if you buy shoes on clearance the right shoe has been tried on a bunch of times and therefore stretched out.  Also, genetically, one side of your body is larger than the other (typically dominate side is larger).

No, not a source of whey protein isolate; the main protein is casein.  There are 8 grams of protein in an 8 oz cup of milk.  Not the greatest source.

Be careful when draining it as it most likely has some sort of microbial inhibitor in it which can be toxic to your kitties.
