I thought that Tony shoes had ones like that but I cannot seem to find them.

As always a video helps the most. Generally if you are rolling over your collar bone it is a technique issue more than a bony collar bone.
Do you have the same issue when doing a reverse shoulder mount (shoulder dismount)?

A really good rule of thumb is not to put anything into your routine that you have not mastered. Nerves and sweat ass a whole dimension to a performance and if an invert is not something you can do without having to concentrate on it then just leave it out right now. You will be less upset with a sexy performance than you will with possibly screwing something up. (I have been there and have watched it happen to so many people to so many people over the years)

Unless you want to put out the big bucks I would suggest finding something that works and then customizing it yourself. Liquid Stitch and Quick Grip are awesome for quickly putting something together that you don’t have to worry about going through the wash. It is what I use for pretty much any of my costumes.

Thank you V! I figured you had a lesson!

That makes me miss my first pole….

There is also a studio in Destin that teaches aerial silks.

The 2 main ways I can tell is 1: the dome should have a white tag with a serial number on it and 2: the dome should be straight from edge to center piece, not tear dropped in any way.
This is a good pic of what I am trying to describe (notice the curvature in the dome?): http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61lV9jN5XXL._SL1500_.jpg

I know there used to be one in FWB, one in Destin and I thought one closer to Pensacola.
Destin (she used to be in Fort Walton)
http://www.tabudance.com/main.htmThis is about the only one I see with a current listing. There is also a meet up that I found but it looks like she is only teaching beginner pole stuff:

“Dorothy wiggle” because the move is similar to clacking your heels together a la “there’s no place like home”.
-
It is the same laying down as it is standing up, it is the “Dorothy wiggle” booty clap. If you are laying on the floor basically all you are going to do is move your knees from pointing forward to pointing to the side and then back. It takes a bit of practice to be able to do it fast, but when you get the move down you can make your back side jiggle.

I think what is more shocking is that this studio has a summer camp program and they are teaching children.
As for your yelp review, many times if you have not done a lot of reviews they will send you something to your email address that you registered with to verify that you are real.

I know a ton and probably more bisexual than you would imagine. Ones who I know are out and proud are Michelle Mynx and Stacy Lynn. In all honesty, why does it matter?

I know that Laura Ashton has a few up on her site also. The used price is the same that you saw but is quite less than new. http://www.everythingpoledancing.com/category/preloved

There is a facebook site called pole dancers garage sale that I want to say is based more in Europe. It is a closed group but I am sure if you request to get in they will approve you. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1468800323370312/

There is a group on Facebook called safety in aerial arts and a website called rigging warehouse that might be a better place to find your answer.

MemberMay 10, 2015 at 11:33 am in reply to: How long it took you guys to do the aysha ?I have issues with ayesha mainly because of the length of my legs and the shortness of my upper body. I am better with straight edge which is usually harder for people. I am 8 years in and still do not have split grip. I got forearm probably about 6 months after mastering caterpillar climb and elbow was pretty easy after that once I was shown proper form.

I think once they released videos there was a LOT of questions. USPDF had no transparency if I recall. NY is ridiculously expensive to hold a comp. Regulations have gotten stricter for insurance. I don’t understand how all of these other comps can exist without begging for money. I just cannot support this.

It all depends on your goals. I am not a fan of workshops at big events just because they usually pack a lot of people in and they are of all levels. I am not a “needy” person so while I can absorb the information I do not feel like I get a lot of hands on instruction. I mean seriously, there are 22 spots per 1 hour workshop. I also am not a trickster so if I were going to take any classes it would be flow/floorwork/sexy type stuff. But that is *me*. I can also say you should not try to take a TON of workshops. I know people who have injured themselves pushing too hard and ended up either out of money or having to just watch the workshop.

I knew you posted this without even having to look.

Wait, I see the message on the side but I still do not understand how you get access.

I don’t understand how that works. Nor do I see that it is going to be live streamed.
