I have to say pretty much almost everyone in my life knows about my pole dancing, AND they know how important it is to me. Pole is how I express myself , it keeps me in shape at 47, and is one if my biggest passions. I love sending my parents, sister’s and friends my videos. My father is a black belt in karate, and he thinks pole is a good discipline. He understands the strength that is involved. I am so proud of pole and what it’s done for me. I am also so grateful for this beautiful site Veena has created and that we have one another as family here💗

I bought the little tripod on e bay

I bought a very small light wt tripod for my phone. It works fine and was very cheap. I set in on my coffee table. It’s fine for now

I just wanted to add something because it bothers me that you are hurting and I get that big time! But with dealing with this idiot, I think the best resolution to this is to go about your day as you normally would and make an AMAZING video as you always do!!! I can assure you , you will feel good 💪

First of all, I want to tell you how exquisite you are!!! You are extremely creative! Your dances are over and beyond beautiful and you mesmerize me every time!!! I’m 46 and it’s taken me a very long time to understand something… ” hurt people , hurt people ” When people have to hurt others like that it’s simply because they are hurting sooo bad that it makes them feel better about themselves to hurt others. It’s like they are on the ground and they want to pull you down too. You must not allow that!! It would be CRIMINAL if you stopped dancing because of this person !!!! Plus! we would all miss you !!!! I think you are amazing and I would sadly miss your videos 💜

Good to see you again here. Thank goodness the worst is over. Now just be patient with the healing process. Your body was very strong before. You can get back to it! Maybe just putting an outfit on will help to entice you. When I injured my back I was soooo devastated because i was unable to pole but I continued to swim and stretch basic yoga weekly. Then when I was ready to get back to pole , I religiously did Veena’s strengthening and conditioning lessons and made it a part of my routine. Get your outfit on!!! that always helps me especially when I’m not feeling motivated , and just slither around on the floor with some sexy leg and floor work!!!! You got this!!! 💜
