    All will
Come with time u have to have patience . And u will be so happy when u look back later . It’s very rewarding especially when u get a trick. Down packed. Good work out fun and u will love it. I was discouraged too when I first started and saw what everyone else can do and I can’t. Just don’t compare your self to others . Everyone learns at their own pace and there’s no rush. So keep on. It helps with your endorphins and physically and mentally and even has boosted my level of self esteem. And I do it as a hobby. I’m a full time nurse and single mom. Don’t quit ! Give it a chance . Lots if people felt that way in the beginning . It’s a journey and a fun one and helps u disconnect with the real world. Good luck xo

Don’t give up!! You will see as time goes on and with practice and these lessons. Are the best thing and if u go to a studio too even better. I never had any history of dancing gymnastics or even going to a gym or working out ever in my life and now I can at least to beginner moves and intermediate moves. Still working on basic inverts but all will come with time evey

My boyfriend of 9 years is ok with me poling but doesn’t like me to post on FB any thing about poling even though he doesn’t have a FB account but his family is on it . He’s a huge work out freak and says that I can benefit more from going to a gym then poling but I hate the gym and when I pole I have lost weight gotten stronger and love it without it feeling like a work out . So he has no other choice. But u do have to balance your love life and work and spend time with your children . But it makes me happy and I feel the change in me my confidence I’m less insecure so basically all these men have to learn to live with it

  • Lol I feel the same way about my Matt . Makes me feel like I’m cheating but atleast it’s safer

I’m a beginner as well. I’m in between level 1 and 2.i can climb but not yet invert. Since I restarted A month ago. I would say three times a week an hour and a half that includes the 25 min strength routine and about a hour of pole. I’d love to do more but full time single mom and full time night shift nurse. So that’s my best for right now. But I do see a difference if I stop for one week In my strength. So even if u do half of that is better then nothing. Good luck on your poke journey it’s. awesome !

Yeah I work from 7:30 pm to 8:00 am three nights a week. Feels like more because I lose the whole next day cuz I’m drained. But my goal is to practice more poling and attend a studio atleast twice a week for now and Ofcourse Veena’s lessons . Which I enjoy more sometimes then going to a studio .night shifts are not easy. And nursing is not only physically draining but mentally draining sometimes. And u never know what to expect each shift very unpredictable . But at the end it’s all worth it. And I feel rewarded. Poling for me lets me disconnect from work. Which helps me with my anxiety a lot. Ok enough blogging lol

    I suffer from
Anxiety and depression. I see a psychiatrist every two months. But I defiantly agree that poling has changed my life even if I’m not a professional. It has boosted my confidence and made me feel better about myself. Also if you are ever down I promise what never will fail are prayers. Seek Jesus he will always be there no matter what. Listen to pastors that helps me too. Any ways life is hard but with god in your life and I’m not super religious but having him in my life keeps me going. Hugs to all I girls
