Al principio y hasta el dia de hoy a veces es cuestión de con seguridad, pero lanzarse !!! Todo sale a su tiempo !! Yo ya llevo unos mesesitos … hasta una bursitis me dio en medio delcamino pero el pole es fascinante, realmente a mi me ha cambiado la vida… también si comence justo cuando terminé con mi ex y aunque no lo crean me animó tanto !!! Hi, thanks on your really kind messages girls ! I have been off for a while and resting a bit and yes my upper arm is feeling much better … I’ve being doing some yoga to get more strength and flexibility as it is is not that hard as lifting weight … its doing wonders for me… and as the videos… reviewing your posts and videos on the site has helped me lots ! Hope I can post a video in a time.
