Be very careful and be sure to have proper technique when doing certain moves. I hurt my wrists early due to improper instruction from studio. It was actually veena’s instructions and advice of the people on this site that taught me proper technique. It took months to heal before I could do split grips again.

Are you staying at the marriott or at the harbor place where the convention is? You know the harbor place is doing $179 a nite right?

I have a few tattoos and my first couple I wanted to be in a place I could conceal….as I got more I wanted to show them more…you spend money to get something beautiful…you should be able to show it. They are addicting so enjoy your first then be ready for your next piece of art and don’t be afraid to enjoy it and show it. By the way all of mine are not seen unless I’m in a bikini or shorts…but I’m always thinking I want another one.

I briefly looked at all the responses so if it was mentioned I apologize. I used to get ingrown hairs but nothing major but the razor burn/ bumps were enemy number one. I got laser hair removal and haven’t had an issue in over five years….was worth ever penny and no more hair…no shaving…it’s is wonderful. Have had friends go after me and have said same thing…..

Completely agree with Runemist! I did this move without being taught properly and doing anything with that wrist was down for months. I had to slowly build my strength back and was very frustrated. Very important to stretch your wrists ahead of time and thanks to this site, making sure you have at least a finger or two pointing down like Runemist described is key. Because of this I am able to do these moves again….. Stretch and make sure the bottom hand isn’t holding the weight is key. Very thankful for this site and all the help and tips everyone provides…

If you are in Sebring then have you checked out Brandon or Tampa too? I think impulse is in Brandon and if Orlando closest might be Lotus. I think there might be one in Lakeland called lush but not familiar with them.

What area do you live in currently? There are a few and knowing where you are will help narrow it down. Central Florida is a very large area.

Goo gone is great to remove sticky residue. I haven’t read the label on what not to use it on but it’s supposed to be all natural. I’ve used it on many surfaces with no issue and Would think Crome wouldn’t be an issue….but double check.
