    Oh my gosh dude.

I took clases with her at xpose, but she recently quit there to start her own studio. We have been messaging back and forth on youtube and she invited to come to pole pressure in september! LOL, I told her I was scared of DC (because I am!) so she told me about her masters class in Bethesda. I’m by no means a master but she said it’s intermediate/advanced and I might be able to pass for a very low level intemrediate LOL.

If you’re going to pole pressure though, maybe I’ll go too. Did she tell you the first week is all free? I can only go on Saturdays though because of work and kids sports.

She is supernice and I have been stalking her for years!

Tearing pain in thigh skin. That sounds about right, LOL. That pain is normal at first. I still can’t sit on the pole for very long. I don’t practice it enough because it hurts so much LOL. It’s hard to inflict pain on oneselve.

It’s not that I’m not with you- I think there isn’t enough club in pole dancing! BUT, when I look at other forms of dance- they don’t really look too much like dancing as I know it- but they still are dancing, qualify as dancing, and require a lot more talent than what I do after a few shots at the club.

I haven’t seen a boranguitang super athletic no dance pole dance in a while.

BUT. If you’re saying you wanna see Felix make it clap- I agree! LETS PETITION.

https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif Felix making it clap? Yes please! Lets start the petition!

But I get your point too Amcut. I suppose "dancing" is in the eye of the beholder. By my eye beholds that more "dance" happens with at least one foot on the floor LOL. I’m no dancer by any means. But I know that these girls are so awesome! On and off the pole (and/or around it). I just get sooo much joy out of the simple things LOL liiiike the final 15 seconds of Karols performance at Rock the Pole ! ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=unEJuxEfZrY ) I watch that part over and over. It may be because I have a secret Lesbian crush on her or maybe cuz she friggin rules!!! Either way…dancing gets me all hot in the pants, and I wish I saw more of it https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif ….So my pants could get all hot…..in the pants………….

Or what about a "Movie theme song" challenge? The other day I was listening to the song from Dirty Dancing (well one of them, she’s like the wind) and I was like, it’d be cool to see everyone dance to their favorite movie soundtrack song https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Georgia did you really have the "swine flu"????

Yes, it’s going around Brisbane at the moment – lots of people are getting it. It’s not as big a deal as the media makes it out to be though. it’s just like a super flu. Headaches, body aches, muscle soreness, light-headed, tired, nauseous, fevers, really bad cough, blocked or runny nose etc. It’s dangerous for babies or old people who are frail already – but any normal person can kick it off with normal flu meds, some bed rest, water and food – you know. Or at least they can for the strain that’s going around here. Might be different overseas.

Oh I know all about the swine flu, LOL. I’m a nurse and once it hit the scene in the news we were getting all kinds of briefings on it. We had to put up posters and put flyers out in the waiting room. Such a pain for something that isn’t that serious LOL.

I went back to doing what I was doing…but threw in a few of her stretches…and my straddle was back to normal https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif and it didn’t hurt like hell!! So lesson learned…if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

That’s odd that your straddle just went back to normal when you stopped LOL. I’m glad to hear it though.

    So uh….whatcha gonna do with those DVD’s now…. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif

When I first started climbing regularly the top of my foot was always bruised LOL. It takes time to work through that. I agree with Georgia too about working on the basic stuff first. Climbing was taught to me 3 levels in.

You have to crawl before you climb, LOL. Get it? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

Maybe you’re gripping it too tight?

what kind of pole do you have? Is it a different finish then the one you used at the club?

My pole at home is chrome and I swing all around on that thing. The poles at the studio are brass and I have a harder time there because they’re stickier.

I had a hard time with the wrist sit when I first started because I wasn’t able to do a thigh hold yet. I was basically walking up to the pole, sliding my hand under my butt and grabbing the pole, then trying to just sit on my wrist that way LOL. It never worked and it hurt like hell LOL.

Once I was able to do a good thigh hold on the pole and lean back comfortably, the wrist sit happened more easily https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

If Charley doesn’t mind I can make one tomorrow for you guys…..I don’t want to do it if she has one all ready to go, that would be uncool. I think I might approach it a little differently, but I don’t want to bust in and take over. My new filp cam makes it super easy to post. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I think Im going to get a flip cam. Can you edit on that thing too?

That KT Coates Swan Lake video is pretty classic for how tasteful pole dancing can be.

Lucy Misch has one to an overplayed sarah mclachlan song that’s pretty parent friendly. she even wears wings.

I’d probably show them that pregnant veena one.. with the norah jones. eheheh. can’t get much anti-strippuh than that. though personally, I think were I a man, I’d pursue pregnant women relentlessly.

    Pregnant chicks are hot! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_twisted.gif
