gr… 'nuther post.. what i meant about it sliding down is my boobs are always too heavy and drag my bra down :/

oh.. and being a 38DD.. somtimes 36DD.. what size should I be ordering?? Large?.. and then can I just adjust it to fit me? :<

Oh, wow… thanks much 🙂 No underwire makes me feel droppy and floppy but, hey.. it works LOL I have a big problem with my bras sliding down from under my boobs.. :/ Anything?

I don't think they have abbreviations but they may have the other names. CAR = Cross Ankle Release. CKR = Cross Knee Release

Wow, you've got some strength, girl! Can't wait til I can't do that stuff haha My only advice is to try and slow it down some, try putting on something soft and sultry and going with the undercurrent of it. I'm trying to learn how to be fluid but when I'm a beginner, it's hard not to be clumsy.. haha. I look forward to seeing more videos and good luck with the uploading problems<3!
