Also, In the SM position, as you reach behind you and grap the pole, you can lock your fingers together for extra support.
um i dont know how safe locking the fingers is, especially for someone who is just starting out with this move.

The Vertigirls will also be performing at this show. We’ve been working very hard, as my sore body can testify to, on our five dancer, fully sequenced, choreographed routine.
If you don’t know about the Vertigirls it’s a Pole Dance troupe with Anjel Dust (Evolve and Bespun), Michula Nunez (Antix), Estee Zakar (Bespun), Madeline Eve, Mina Montezaie (Evolve and Allure), and Leigh Acosta (Xpolesitions).
We’re so excited to be involved in this show it’s going to be amazing watching the other performances.I cant wait t see you ladies perform..

For my workshop, its pretty open. You definately need to at least be inverting. It is drops and falls, but i always give substitutions and preps for anyone who isnt quite ready for the super advanced stuff..!! So dont feel out of your league..!

If you live within driving range, I HIGHLY recommend you go! You won’t be disappointed. Karol isn’t one of those amazing dancers who can’t communicate how to do the move. Nor is she conceited. She was here in Maryland last weekend for workshops and I was completely impressed. She is very articulate and can explain all the moves well. She has an eye for what you are doing right or wrong to help you improve. Everyone who took the workshop was really happy with it. Karol is sweet, funny, intelligent, and very talented. Go book it now!! I promise you won’t regret it.
ok angel… dont go giving me a big head now…!! haha! so happy to teach, besides performing pole, i also really enjoy teaching it..! its so fulfilling to see someone gain even more confidence when they finally nail that new move!!

Angel was a great host, im always shocked to see how much more beautiful everyone i meet is in person..! hehe

great, me and the studio owner are still working on the details, but i believe ill be teaching a beginner workshop, and then a couple int/adv workshops.. we are even thinking of having a studio party with a valetine theme the night before or after.

Are you sure it is a true x-pole?? Where did you buy it? There are fake x-poles on the market that are known to peel….
