Hey everyone!!! Glad to see everyone is enjoying the USPDF videos I put up. Like I told people on FB. Enjoy it while it lasts before they take it down. I had a blast in NYC and chillin and meeting new polers. I am upset that Jessalynn didn’t place but then again I’m biased.lol….Overall It was a great show. I can’t wait until next year:)

Hey ya’ll, I didn’t really want to talk much about Amber’s routine b/c there is a surprise in it and I didn’t want to give it away. I will say though that along with Jessalyn’s exquisite piece, Amber’s was my fav! It did tell a story, one that is important to her and that you’ll recognise if you’ve read any of her blogs or read some of her writings here. I think she has been hesitant about putting her sexiness out there to display and she brought that to life on stage Saturday and totally owned it in her performance. At least, that was how I perceived it. It was really brilliant and mid-way through, she even had the croud laughing. It kept me enthralled from start to finish and I was so happy for her, being up there on that stage, to be able to share her life with us. It was a personal piece and it was such a pleasure to watch her perform. I did take one of her workshops this weekend and I will say two things. One, she is a talented instructor with thorough knowledge of anatomy/physiology. Take a workshop with her if you can!!! And two, she is stunning in person. She looks like an angel carved out of alabaster! Oh, and I have a third thing, so is oh so very sweet!

Ok so I have had my pole since August 2009. As i wen to take it down I noticed tat the base insert is stuck so I cant put the base plate in the carrying case. Can anyone help me pleeeeease? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif
undo your hex screws on that bottom piece of the pole, then you can pull it off of the base..

seriously yall.. i just found this thread, but ive been using this dvd for a couple months now. The progress in my splits has been crazy!!
She does go through the stretches pretty fast, so youll need to pause it and do the stretches, then move on to the next. And for some reason she has the warmups at the END, after the stretching, which makes no sense to me.
Anyhow, great dvd, great stretches when worked in with my other stretches, and lots of progress..!!

I can’t do the splits (yet) either which is probably why I noticed immediately when Karol did a variation of the roxy at the LA pole show. And she doesn’t go into the splits. I’m not sure the name of the move she goes into. Maybe allegra? not sure. Anyway, it’s her opening move.
