First of all: it takes time . It took me 3 pole classes to climb and then 5 to climb to the top. Secondly, I weigh 170 so I KNOW you can do it! You just have I build strength

I couldn’t either until last night !! The night before that I couldn’t even lift myself, but yesterday I took a pole class, came home and tried it and I could! I think the key is to be REALLY warmed up.

I personally don’t way rondo spinning pole because I get motion sickness, but if you don’t, go for the xpert.

I think I’ve figured out another aspect of what’s up: he is jealous i have an escape from work and he doesn’t. I told him its time we find him a hobby; be it going to the gun range, hunting,or even paintball. We had to give him a release from work.

I totally understand. I’m in a rut because I can’t get to class enough to learn/ practice, and I have no pole at home. It’s like very time i go in, I’m back at square one strength wise
