The way I feel for sure. My husband LOVES me how I am now (Curvy and weighing 170),but i'd love to tone up more and lose about 20-30 pounds. I know he would love me however as long as i'm happy..

Great to know split grip is easier. I’ve been have a bit of trouble with that on a 50. I’ve heard spins are harder on a 45?

I've only been poling for 2/3 months ish… but I love it! Ironically floor work is a nemesis for me. I just never look sexy doing it !! XD I also keep getting stuck with my back hook and making it look better.

Thank you to everyone! I'm trying not to get discouraged about numbers on the scale. My biceps have grown over an inch!! And I'm trying to cut the soda to just one a day and then to none at all… I just am kind of addicted to caffiene…

Considering getting the Xpert as well..but I saw some people say the bolts that connect it to the ceiling get loose??!??!
