Thanks again! Yesterday I had some VERY exciting things come up. Can't quite talk about them yet – But am super excited to get the ball rolling :o) @ YBB – I hope someone drops the class so you can be there! It was be amazing to aerial yoga with you for 3 days straight!

Thank you ladies for the well wishes! I would LOVE to have my own studio – But with my husband in Grad school and my kids being so young, I'm just not available for what a studio would need to grow and flourish. Kids are only babies for so long – Which is sad, my youngest is already 2 and my oldest will be 4 in January! That is time you can't get back. Maybe when they are in school. Maybe it will lead me there in the future :o) NEVER SAY NEVER! It could happen!

Some unfortunate things came about in the last week and the studio owner and I just couldn't agree on some things. So I decided it was no longer a good fit for me and was time to move on. On one hand it is very upsetting that we couldn't see eye to eye on our differences, but on another hand I am very excited for what's around the corner. I am going to take some aerial yoga teacher training at the beginning of December! And now that winter is upon us, I am definitely glad I don't have to out and drive in it at night for class!

I take that back! Tonight was my last night teaching. On to the bigger and better things that await down the road :o)

I was one of the lucky girls to get mine at the Midwest Pole Competition – But they should all have been sent out a while ago. I would contact her and her team and let them know you did not receive yours. I hope it gets fixed or that the magic dvd fairy brings it soon :o)

As much as I LOVE xpole – I am not as excited about their brass poles as I thought I would be. It was very different than a polished brass. I will say, I prefer the chrome pole for myself – Maybe because I learned on chrome, and most likely because brass is too grippy for me. But I am very excited that you get to test the TG pole to see how your body chemistry works with it :o) There is nothing worse than spending a huge chunk of change on something you are so excited about and not have it work the way you expected.

You should consider a titanium gold pole. The grip is great, I just had the pleasure of trying it earlier this month and really loved it.

UGH. WARNING – THIS POST WILL HAVE HONEST INFO AND MAY BE TOO MUCH INFO FOR THE WEAK HEARTED::::: Depo messed me up like CRAZY. It sounded great, but my body didn't react well to it. I had my first shot and was on my period for a month straight. Then had 2 weeks off, and then had a 2 week period. Not light either. Super Heavy, and once soaked through a super plus tampon in 5 minutes – NO JOKE. My Dr (at the time) said it was normal and that the 2nd round was the depo usually regulated everything. NO! I went through the same thing. After that I didn't try it again and went without a period for 8 months. After doing the depo shot I tried getting on the pill again – I want to point out that I never had a problem with being on the pill in the beginning, just thought that only having to take BC once every 3 months sounded great instead of everyday. Well, I tried going on the pill after depo and the pill did the same thing. Super heavy flow, for weeks at a time. I quit taking it after that and never went on anything else. It took me another 6 – 9 months to even get a period I could count on, and then another several to become regular. IT SUCKED! About the weight, I never gained anything during this entire process.
