Winnie’s Rip Fix is AMAZING!!! It helps heal the cracks and rips very quickly. I use it all over, even my lips when they are really chapped.

I can’t speak on the lollipop lyra, but Dorian made my studio 2 double point lyra and the quality of these pieces are AMAZING! I hope we can add the lollipop to our arsenal of aerial equipment in 2016!

My studio was sent the first box as an incentive to be an affiliate to sell them and I was sadly disappointed with what came in it. A very cheap quality sports bra that did not work at all, vitamin packs to put into coffee, a fake metallic tattoo. As with most subscription boxes you are sent trial size items, samples, etc. Maybe it was just from what the advertising photo shows was where my disappointment came from right off the bat. I know it is very new and maybe as it becomes more popular there will be better items sent. I hope they have satisfied customers, I just don’t think we will be selling the subscriptions.

For me, I have always loved filming freestyles and have always loved filming tricks but those are very different lengths of video. A freestyle I am used to is anywhere between 3:30-4:30 minutes where as trick clips are now standard to me at 15 seconds because of Instagram. They problem with that is I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO out of freestyle shape, getting to the 4 minute mark makes me want to collapse because I haven’t worked on it in a long time. So here is what I am going to do:

    Week 1: 4 Freestyles – 2 Static & 2 Spin Pole, each will be 60 seconds. THAT’S IT!

    Week 2: 4 Freestyles – 2 Static & 2 Spin Pole, each will be 90 seconds. THAT’S IT!

    Week 3: 4 Freestyles – 2 Static & 2 Spin Pole, each will be 2 minutes.

    Week 4: 3 Freestyles – 2 Static & 2 Spin Pole, each will be 3 minutes.

My goal by the end of next month is to be in the kind of shape it takes to get back to a 3:30 without wanting to die :oP

I will be posting all of these freestyles (the good, the bad, and the ugly!) on SV and then linking them to this thread. I hope you will do the same! YAY! ACCOUNTABILITY! xoxo

My pole is on a vaulted ceiling and to put my pole in the right place it had to be mounted to a 2×6 and spanned between 2 joists. It has been that way for about 4 1/2 years!

I don’t have a recommendation for tape or gloves, but I use Winnie’s Rip Fix for mine when the skin rips. I put it on several times a day and it does a great job of healing. My sister got some road rash on her hand and it also did a great job of healing. I would absolutely recommend it any day of the week! http://www.winniesripfix.com/
