Hey PoleJunkies… I was reading the ad when it first came out and it mentioned a garden pole. I looked at the website again today and now there is no garden pole mentioned in the ad. Was it a typo or did they mean that the SA pole could be used as a garden pole?

Yeah, not interested in paying them any more money just to change out a few parts. And it looks like the poles are one piece and the height is adjusted from the bottom (kind of like a Carmen pole). Although this pole can handle real pole dancing and a person up to 200 pounds.

lol already?? you know its still august.It is never too early! Muahahahahahaaaa! I like having a full month or two of Halloween and Autumn decor. If I don’t do it early enough I feel like is passes by waaaay too fast. What I do is that I start off with generic Fall stuff and then move into more Halloween-specific items. And once Halloween is done I keep the Fall stuff around for Thanksgiving. And I love the winter holiday season too but if I start doing decor for that too soon I feel like I kill it. Wierd huh?

My plans….
Have a day-time costume that is a bit toned down.
Have some fantastic costume the kids will love for Trick-or-Treating time later.
And then have my last costume for the rest of the night… something cool but comfy.I want to throw a Halloween party but my parties never seem to go as planned. Last year I had to do a "Day-After-Halloween" party and the kids tore up my place…. I was finding Nerds candies under my bed even 6 months after the party. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif Maybe I will rent out a hall or something and throw a bash. That would be fun.
I’m going down to the basement to get my Halloween tote boxes out later today. ^_^

Yeah, don’t be scared and don’t stop going at it! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I agree with Veena that learning a basic move should be celebrated. Pole dancing is like nothing else and a LOT of people just don’t have that upper body strength right away. Keep going and you’ll get stronger… and you will feel gratified. Might not be overnight but just you wait!
Oh and my hubby was able to do awesome stuff his first time on the pole… men and their biceps… I swear!

Svetlana a pole dancer from Russia teaches booty poppin’ classes and has a few vids out too. She seems to teach everyone to pop their booty from a low position… almost like squatting on the floor. Maybe this helps people realize how to control their butt muscles better?
*Note, she makes the girls pull down their pants so you see their "whale tails"…
