Also do you have a video I can see you doing it? Helps with trouble shooting

I like to get really nice in my as he a before I go into my x… As I rotate just my hips toward the mirror or wall I keep my chest to the sky..I am pushing with my bottom are and pulling with my top…If you look at my videos it shows you really aren’t straight out but hips are more straddle towards the pole. I have a few videos that really show it at a good angle of what I mean…my x took my a while to get and I still can’t hold it for more then a few seconds

Thanks I am enjoying everyone opinion on this, I wanted to through something into the mix, would you still feel uncomfortable lets say if a famous male poler happened to be in your class such as David Owen or Steven Rechless

This is a really interesting thing topic for me at the moment because I have always been open about my doing and teaching pole fitness until recently :(. I have started a new career path into being an EMT/Fire Fighter, unfornatully because of certain events I know need to be an in the closet poler until after I have finished the hiring process and been hired. The Chief is ultra conservative and it was recommended that that I don't mention anything about pole until after I am hired. I have made my facebook ultra private and had to change my profile and cover photo around so he would not find out, I am sure in time it will be found out due to were I work currently. I have also started to see how being a pole instructor in a male dominated world can be a hard thing to do. I am already hearing the negative comments coming from certain members of the department, so I am actually debating about keeping quiet about it.

I did Xpert last august when it was associated with Body and Pole and I loved it, Kyra was my teacher. I was very said when it was over because I had so much fun and learned a ton. It was worth every penny. Xpert has since split ways with Body and Pole so I am not sure how it is now, but from what I hear it is still good.

This should be a huge warning that this pole isn't what it seems

They are made with plastic internals that will snap….I recommend just spending the300, its cheaper then a hospital bill that the other pole will get you
