    I'll try:

    1.)  One set.  Sorry… a 'set' is how your 'limbs' come. 🙂  BOTH legs or arms have to do the same 3 to be a 'set'. :):)

    2.)  A minute or so.  (correct me if I'm wrong, Veeners).  OR.. as long as you think you need to. 😉

    3.) No clue at this point.  Got roller, but am on a diet vacation (from pole/exercies during).  Veena will see this eventually and answer  you, I'm sure.

    It IS rather hard to find judgment on SV…;) 😉  (Man.. I leave for a few days and it takes me forever to read all of this. 🙂

    I have to say tho' – Friday nite the BF and I went to a club (tee hee) (not  my first 'rodeo') BUT.. the first time I've been in one SINCE I started trying this! LOL.. MAN..

    It was GREAT to talk to some 'peers', if you will. lol   I even told a couple of them about this site because they wanted to know more Stuff!

    Honestly… every Veener I've seen on SV has more 'chops' than what I saw Friday night.  But then.. THEY'RE up there for an 8+ hour Shift, so if the fancy pole moves are missing, or few and far between, but I COMPLETLY get it! :):)

    My daughter (yes, I'm gonna put the sad face .. cause she's my Baby! ;( is now working a Managment position at a pretty posh Texas club)  But hey.. at least she's keepin her clothes ON now!  https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif

    She has been through some pretty awful stuff (no drugs) in her years off and on working in those clubs, and she does suffer from some mental illness (PTSD or ?? Schitzophrenia – who knows.. anyway..it's currently her year to hate me .. *sigh*).  She was either born with it, or severly mistreated by a f*cking Horribly Abusive SOB, but I can guarantee.. It wasn't CAUSED by her 'work'. 😉

    I believe it IS possible to get in there, do your job, and laugh all the way to bank!   For any of you ladies that do so.. Keep Your Head About You.. and make damn sure the management has ESCORTS to your vehicle after shift!!!!!!  IF not, find a better club to work!

    Okay.. I'm done now. 🙂

    While I'm doing an HCG round I eat Really Well.. even if it IS only 500 cal.  (HCG causes old fat to be used re:1800 cals a day, so I'm not starving – in case anyone was concerned. 🙂

    SO.. I intend to pretty much stick to what I'm doing, just adding in More, after I'm through (this time.. lol).  It's very balanced and healthy.

    Some might think of it as boring, but truthfully, – there's really only about 10% of the items in the grocery stores that are worth eating to maintain a healthy body.

    1) They are found in the Produce, Meat, and Dairy sections.

     2) The more 'manufacturing' that took place on the item the more you should avoid it.

    3) Stear clear of the 'white stuff' (sugar, carbs, breads) and only use in slight amounts.

    It's really SIMPLE (in the head!! lol)   I find it's my eyeballs I have to watch when I'm shopping. lol  And PLEASE.. use your TIVO to skip the Commercials!!  (Man, they have some good lookin' -body damning- restraunt food on there) 😉

    I find I actually LIKE the taste of veggies and fruit – once I get used to it again – instead of all the 'crap'.

    I also have used Stevia (herb) as a sweetner for over a decade.

    Weigh yourself at the same time in the morning and watch how your jeans fit.  If things get a little 'off', don't Wait… you can fix a mistake in a couple of days as long as you don't ignore it.

     So glad to have a big bunch of trusted 'kudos' for these videos.  The lap dance is downloading as I type.

    If I like IT, then I may get the others as well.  Cool. :):)

    Didn't read EVERY post.. (lol.. there are so many! :)… 

    I used to use the Keeper.  It was great.  And you know what??  Nothing ever 'smelled' like it did on the cotton.  (Gross, I know.. but it seem so much more sanitary)

    On the 'keeper' verision, tho, I had to trim the little 'handle' cause it was a bit uncomfortable.  It was rubber, tho, so if you're allergic, I guess go for the Diva.

    Good luck girls.  *breathes a sigh of menopausal relief* I'm so glad I don't have to deal with all that any more.

    You will need video editing software (or a camera that has a youtube instant upload button).

    I don't know if there are any free ones online, but Corel Video Studio 12 is what I use – it cost around $100 a couple of years ago.

    Hope you find something.  Maybe someone else on here can help.  We did have another thread on this a while back.. maybe do a search "video editing"?
