Hey guys not normal pencil imagine the position but the right way round, so instead of holding yourself upside down hold yourself just normal way, back towards the pole.

Thanks for that debss, I’m always unsure of sizing when buying from us site, after reading the description they give they say best fitting up to uk12, I’m more a 14 and would hate them to be tight, so I may have to give it a miss. 🙁 I also like mika wear the problem I have is most are quite low rise so my belly hangs over the top haha!

Oooo I love the shorts on that onzie website, I’m sad though they are one size, I’m afraid I won’t fit them, and from the uk it wouldn’t be the easiet to return. Darn it!! Lol

Thanks chem, I have done all that maybe I need to have a play of moving the plates around see if some fit in other places better than others, one last question, when I took the plates out the carry cases there was a rubber bit that slotted along the “tip of the pie” I took these off coz I thght they were just for protection during transport but should I have kept them on?

Haha yeah ok I may try doing that coz it really took all my pole strength to try and move them! I realise that I should get quicker now I’ve worked out how to do it, I think I struggled as well because they’ve only made instructions for xstages not for the lites. I know they’re put together the same but I think it threw me a little! Ok I’m happy if you guys are happy that the pieces don’t need to be perfectly aligned and there can be a slight gap.
One last question if you step on the edges is it common for the tip bit to lift up? It stays secure but does tilt, gave me a fright when I was just waking around. I’ve watched veena’s side by side and this was one of the things that out me off the platinum stage. -

hey girlies!! I hope you all have an amazing time next weekend! Its a shame I won't be able to come 🙁 can't wait to see photos/videos! Becky i was just wondering if you had any classes on a monday, wednesday or friday? I've had a look at the website but i'm not sure what level I would be at because one studios intermediate would be anothers advances or improvers etc. Also how does it work at your studio can you pay on the day or do you need to block book?? thanks lizzie xx
