Ooooo loving the Xmas dubstep 🙂

Thanks for that girlies!! That forum helped also I’m liking the songs santa baby by the pussy car dolls and that sexy, saucy, sometimes naughty time of year song! They’re both good Xmas songs for pole dancing!
Some of the other songs are abit samey throughout the song and I could imagine that could get alittle boring because we’re on static poles and I’m limited on my moves and stamina 🙂Any more suggestions Id much appreciate it doesn’t need to be Xmas songs 🙂

Thanks Everyone for suggestions keep em coming 🙂 also any suggestions on non Xmas songs? Xx

MemberSeptember 1, 2012 at 7:46 pm in reply to: Platinum Stages and X-Pole Side By Side DemoHi veena, I actually found this video on you tube first after trying to do some research on free standing poles, can't believe the discussion this video has brought up haha! I am just genuinely intrigued as to which one you thought was the best. As you probably know I am really wanting to move my pole from the garage to my flat however after finding out my ceilings are suspended I emailed xpole and it was a no no 🙁 so I thought well its nearly christmas what can I ask Santa for……. 🙂
My main concern is if they wobble/fall over! I am 5 4 but pretty heavy at 11 stone 7 pounds and just wonder whether they would still be safe for me. I actually gasped when you did that spinning combo and the platinum stage lifted off! I would be so disappointed if I spent all that money and that happened because I would be too scared to use it.
Also what do you think of the bigger xpole stage? As in comparison with the others. I don't mind the weight because I won't be travelling with it. Main points are sturdiness, height (want nice and tall) and wobble factor of the actual pole.
I really value your opinions.

Its funny that this thread has popped up I was thinking of getting an epilator! For you British folk I have boots points to spend about £25 and I have a £20 voucher so I won't end up having much money to put towards it yus!!! So Nightfall which one have you got? I was looking at the new Braun one but I heard its more sore than the Phillips one. Any recommendations from anyone?

Guess what??! I decided to call the builder that I bought the flat from as they were newly converted when I moved in, he told me that there is a metal frame work that the plaster ceiling is held against thats why my stud finder was going mental. Anyway then this metal structure is nailed to the joists! So there’s a space of a few inches between joist and ceiling 🙁 does that mean I can’t have my pole in my flat?

Thanks guys! Can’t believe I didn’t think about the light thing thanks Golgotha! Only thing is my lights have that decorative ceiling thing around it but at least it’s a starting point for me! Great floor board beam direction idea!I’ll let u know how I get on!

MemberJuly 23, 2012 at 1:18 pm in reply to: Any other fuller figure girls struggle with Allegra?Ok guys so tried it again yesterday and I think the cup grip helped alittle but I still really struggled to get grip. Ive been reading past discussions on this and amy you also mentioned on another forum to reach abit higher so not as the largert part of the thigh so I may try that. Also Im excited to try the jallegra looks like it might be more possible? Thanks for your video platiumani but i tried it from chopper yesterday and its like the half hip hold when my torso is that low i can't get my arm to reach above me thigh (thigh to big and arm too short). I did film myself yesterday doing my attempts and as we speak I am desperate to go out and try again so I may have another video. Whats the best way to do it? just upload and link to it in the discussion?

MemberJuly 21, 2012 at 5:43 pm in reply to: Any other fuller figure girls struggle with Allegra? The cupping grip sounds like a good idea I must try that. My problem tho is being able to actually reach and grab the pole. I’ll have a try from chopper but would the pole be in the wrong position at your side? Is there any videos of this entry? Thanks for your ideas x

I posted on the discussion a few days ago pretty much the same thing, I find it incredible difficult even just holding the pole makes me feel like my hand will slip off! Its funny tho what aerialamy says about filming yourself i did that after someone on my post said to film it so they could see what i was doing and its completely true…you feel like your going so fast you could take off when actually just going just normal speed!! After I figured this out for some reason it doesn’t feel as bad now. I managed to do 15 minutes yesterday granted only holding for 10seconds or so at a time but it was easier. Good luck!

Ok I really concentrated on spinny pole today as much as I could before throwing up haha! I also recorded myself and when I played it back I expected to see myself whizzing round, in actual fact I wasnt going any faster than to be expected! So I guess it is just the way I feel when Im up there haha I feel like if I go any faster ill take off! 😀
I’ll keep practicing! -
Hey guys im an optometrist from the uk just to let you know chemgoddes is absolutly right! Allergan has been very clever here because Latisse is in no way different to bitamoprost apart from the applicator sticks!! They have just marketed it differently and 4x the price!!! Unfortunately though the lash affect is actually a ‘side affect’ of what the intended purpose of the drug is for and we all know that not everyone suffers the same side affect so unfortunately not everyone will grow
thicker fuller eyelashes!
I am not sure how health care works in the USA but my advice would be to buy lumigan and soak a cotton wool bud is the solution and run it alon the lashes this way!
Please note at the end of the day this is a side affect that was discovered from an acutual medical treatment please advise any optometrist that you are using this so they can monitor your pressures!
Hope this has helped people!

Hi I 'shazamed' it and found rainfall rhapsody by soft sounds. You can get it from itunes. I had alittle listen to it and doesn't sound exactly like their clip so I wonder if the mixed it with something else also.
Thanks for directing me to the video it was beautiful! I have posted this on my facebook to show all those people that still think pole dancing is only about dollar bills, this will prove them wrong!

MemberJune 10, 2012 at 6:33 am in reply to: Pole in the garage – getting wet in winter- any experience? Thanks for your descriptive reply! Yeah i definately think xpole have missed a trick here there must be lots of people in our situation!! I googled pipe lagging and this is probably a silly question but how did you get it to fit your pole? I typed in 50mm pipe lagging but it doesnt make it clear that the 50mm is the diameter of the hole or the thickness of the insulation. Also did you cut a slit down the cover to wrap it around or does it already come with that? Ive only had my pole up a week but I'm finding the cold a problem so I hope this will help. When I warm the pole even if I step away for a minute everytime I go back to it, its wet again! I dont have any electricity in the garage so I couldnt use a dehumidifier 🙁
The pipe lagging definately seems cheaper than trampoline sleeves so I think ill choose this option.
Thanks xx
