you can try having her use drysol (its avail over the counter at any pharmacy). she should put it on the night before she has classes and then use dry hands or some other "same day" grip aid.
It has worked amazing for the girls in my class who are extremely sweaty in the hands and feet

both of my videos have extensive sections on pole conditioning for exactly that purpose. To help build strength and endurance for the more difficult pole moves. -

Great care and worked very hard to provide good quality videos with proper instruction. You can just see what the others have said just on this forum. -

I do ship to the UK. There is a routine at the end of the first DVD with the choreo included inside the cover.
My lap dance dvd gives some ideas for floor work which can be used to connect pole moves as well.
I am planning on creating some new downloadable videos as well.
You can see everything at my sister site http://www.musefitness.com/store
Cheers,
Elisabeth 🙂

I agree with Veena that the chair doesnt give much momentum, but is a safe way to learn as the muscles around the shoulders need to strengthen over time to really kick into this one. It is really easy to damage your shoulder girdle if you try to kick out too far too soon.

I have a tutorial on youtube for it.
You need to start with the one handed chair, but then as you become stronger, your spin should be led with your hips, not your legs – you need to use your hips to throw your legs (like as if you were whipping a towel).
Check the video out here:
