I have both of the LiveOnce dvd . I love ,love, love her 1st beginner to intermediate dvd. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif I’m actually originally self taught and learned pretty much from her 1st dvd. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_salut.gif Elisabeth https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_queen.gif of LiveOnce breaks down each move beautifully. She explains it well and shows the move from different angles.It is packed with graceful transition, beautifully demonstrated spins, climbs ,and takes you to your invertion. She also has a well rounded pole conditioning segment. I was so excited https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif when she came out with her 2nd dvd, Advance moves which I recently purchased. Alright newbies! The verdict is in! If you’re considering getting a DVD for poling… Live Once gets two huge thumbs up! I ordered Jamilla’s AOP at the same time, and while I have nothing against Jamilla or AOP, I really, really LOVED the Live Once DVD. When I think about it, there are A LOT more things I liked about Live Once, including the price! I can’t wait to order the advanced DVD.

Since I have so many people ordering from all over the world, it is definitley easier for many.

Some still like having the hard copy, so both will still be options for purchase.

I will keep you informed when the other DVD's are available for purchase as downloads.
