Reading this post my heart is racing!! I’m entering the Irish pole princess Competition now in just under two months. I am so excited and nervous at the same time it’s my first time!! The most fun part for me is picking a theme that’s really out there… Superwoman… Batwoman.. Any things possible in the world of pole!!

Yes mine for a while got better and more resistant, iv been poling for just over 18 months now. But recently they have opened up again because I’m in advanced level now doing harder things and holding the pose for longer. I will definitely keep this in mins tho and soak them I’m water when they have gotten a bit harder because right now after pole class last night I can barely pick up a glass of juice as it stretches the skin , ugh I know lol.
