Lots of grip aid choices im using a rosin bag so far happy with it but there are alot of options

If your saving for lessons i def recommend the $100 lessons here! For a year you get to do all the lessons you want with Veena! I’m def doing it very soon! She is safe and teaches you the correct way to do Pole!

Don’t compare to others, your journey is your journey! Own it! Keep working on it before you know it you will be moving to the next nemesis 🙂 1 month is def not long, keep at it babe!

Maybe its not on the joist so its overtight to the ceiling? There’s no damage on ceiling and we’ve been going hard on it

Its an xpert and Its def level and both the top and bottom rubber are perfect

its Spins smoothe in one spot and then catches, I get a few revolutions but it has never had continuous smooth spin it does not flick spin with one hand either i have to put weight into it
