The hula hoops sound way cool, I was thinking of taking that up before I got into poling. Man I sound like such a baby, I wanted to do hula hoops, now I pole dance because I get to swing around a pole like I used to in the playgrounds and sometimes I also do skipping. Veena!!!! It brought tears to my eyes when I read about how that guy’s stupid rants made you feel. You totally don’t deserve that sort of crap. It doesn’t matter what you look like, you are an amazing dancer. I would love to have the grace and strength you have in pole dancing.
Being in your 30’s is not old and personally, if your age wasn’t already stated, I would have guessed you were in your mid twenties. You are such a beautiful woman and you have a smoking hot body! And on top of being beautiful and having a nice body, you also have a great personality. I DANCE IN MY GARAGE!!!!! It’s the only place where I can relax knowing that I won’t break anything. See my profile pic? It’s one hell of an ugly garage. But personally I like that it’s a place I don’t normally go to. It’s my little escape from everything else in life.

Oh Mrstrone. Sorry to hear about your husband’s situation. That must be stressful for you even if you don’t metally realize it. Play music you absolutely love and then try dancing around your pole but not necessarily pole dancing. Personally, I dance like no one’s watching (luckily no one is watching https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_jokercolor.gif ). Just doing incredibly silly dances gets me pumped up to get on that pole.

I’m asian and pole dancing is definately taboo for me as well. I’m selective about who I tell because sometimes there’s just no way of changing someone’s narrow mind. But you can’t get too angry with them. There’s a long history of erotic pole dancing, which is an image that is always being perpentrated in the media. Then there’s the relatively new side of pole dancing for fitness, but you never see that in the media. Oh my god Sascha! I’ve had that same thought about a clear pole with glitter!! We should make it together. I also think a gold pole with red spiral paint would be sweet, kinda like the ones on those carousel. Which gets me thinking… I wish I could pole dance on a carousel.

I’m putting more pics up right now. I’m also having trouble emailing you the pics because the files are too big. My technical knowledge is VERY limited so I don’t know how to make it smaller, I might have to put them on a cd and send it to you via snail mail. But you were saying you had trouble receiving mail right? So I’m not sure what to do about that. Let me know what you think is best.

There’s three active kiwi users on this site including me. The others are PoleGirlSonia and Rouge_LAmour. Add us as friends and we can all help each other out. Where are you from? Im in Auckland. Over the weekend I went down to Lower Hutt to meet PoleGirlSonia and have a pole lesson with Jamilla (who by the way is a really great person). Rouge is down in Wellington but unfortunately I didn’t meet her.About purchasing a pole… I got mine from Trademe at a sale for $250! Yep I was pretty stoked about that https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif But it’s a very basic pole. When I have enough money I’ll get an x-pole which you can buy on this website.
Another kiwi tip, the Friday Chat is more like Sat morning Chat for us NZ girls! I have an annoying habit of waking up early in the morning and not be able to go back to sleep, that’s the reason why I’m able to make it to Pole Chat.
