he even called off from work to come to my competition in september , I mean i am happy he's supportive but it stress me more than anything that he s following me everywhere

its really understandable… i mean learning everything from one studio and then turn around and goin to teach to their competitors
if they pay you good money for it , its something to think about it
if I was the instructor, i would be happy for you but feel betrayed at the same time for sure. Maybe you should ask if you could become an instructor at the studio you re already at.
some people might think what I said is mean , but it is what it is, when it comes to business, no more friends

i just got a permanent mount too because my ceilling is angled
my boyfriend instead of drilling the mount in the ceilling directly, put a piece of wood under it to " equally distribute" the pression
also, did you tight the thing on top so it doesnt move? the big allen key thing?
i will post a picture of what he did, its very strong im not afraid to go all the way

I had problems with platinum stage in the past and I DID received damaged parts
and no they didnt tryed to help me out , almost sayin that I was the one who damaged it…
I ordered the original stage, the pole had a "dent" on it that you could feel with your hand and even see it on picture
did nothing to help me…. it was like 5 years ago and now i ve switched to x pole, wich have much better customer service

not today today i mean 😛 it was just a suggestion, for only 10$ its not bad
studio could be a cool place because more poles ect , I would offer mine but i only re open at the end of august

why not goin to the pole jams on saturdays at 1pm at the cherry blossom studio in Ottawa
Their studio is reallly nice with high ceillings and tall poles!

i think felix couldnt perform because shes in the cirque du soleil…
i feel like they kidnapped our favorite girl and that we wont be able to see her perform outside of cirque du soleil, its kind of sad, i am sure she would want to perform for her pole fitness fans

thanks a lot ladies, like you suggested, i will definitly go for the strong moves that require control and strengh
sometimes, even if they are super flexible, the transitions are sloppy and the fluidity isnt there

i am in Gatineau and always look for pole buddies ! My studio is closed for the summer but i have a pole in my living room 12 ft high if you want to play! xoxo

yeah it does! i didnt realy needed it but ive tryed and went on the pole not long after and yep its non slip for sure

mighty grip have excellent customer service just give them a call and im sure theyll send you a new one
