What diameter pole should you choose (FREE)
There’s so much to think about when choosing a pole, it can be overwhelming. I’d like to help. Not only do you need to decide on which brand and if you want static, spin or both. For the best home pole experience, you’ll also need to think about finish and diameter too!
Do you have a favorite diameter? Mine is a 38mm or 40mm diameter.

Great concise video explaining the diameter sizes! Couldn’t agree more which is why 38mm is the diameter I’m most comfortable with. 45mm is too big for my hands and some tricks like the Superman from Outside Leg Hang is virtually impossible for me to nail on this diameter but so much easier for me on 38mm. 😊
