I worked out previously and I’ve been poling since 2018 and teaching since February of last year. I’ve been on a break from pole for almost 2 months though. The last class I taught was when I was 7 weeks. In between I’ve been walking, indoor biking and prenatal strength workouts

VeenaThen as long as you're cleared from your Dr or midwife yes 💜 Avoid planks as they can cause abdominal separation. You may have to modify a few things like superman, you could swap it out for bird dog

I take lessons in a studio, but between classes at home it is so helpful to have Veena's lessons to refresh my memory of what I learned in class and show me other moves I "should" be able to do based on what I already know. Instructions are so clear!
