
Hi there! I'm so happy you decided to join the Studioveena family. This 30 day program is perfect for the absolute beginner, who wants to start pole dancing but doesn't have access to a pole. The only equipment you'll need for this program is a light weight resistance band and tennis ball or something similar, massage ball or a lacrosse ball. A foam roller is optional but a nice item to have as a dancer. The intensity is perfect for those who have ZERO exercise experience. Making this program a great option to ease back into pole after taking an extended period of time off.
