I developed this trick back in the day when Studio Veena had a chatroom with video! The members here even helped me name it. Before working on this, it will be helpful to have a solid flag grip, forearm/elbow grip, elbow stand, and shoulder dismount.
Strengthens: LATISSIMUS / PECTORALS / DELTOIDS / TRICEPS / BICEPS / ABDOMINALS / ERECTOR SPINAE / GLUTES

FYI wearing socks to learn this trick helped me to make more progress in doing this trick! I've been wanting to learn how to do it for a long time now! Like a few years, and today I made my first baby one🤩! I skipped the straddle and went to inverted crucifix then shoulder mounted out. Thank you Veena for everything you do and your amazing instruction 🥰!
I love it! I'm going to work on this one. :)
No but it isn't easy.... practice practice!
This move is incredible. Do you need to be able to deadlift your elbow stand to do this?
Hi Veena , I like that move , I have got to practice this move .
Wow! This is fabulous! Can't wait to try it...may take some work but the wave alone is so pretty!
Thanks Queen! I made it up 🌊
Woah this is COOL I've never seen this before.
That is DOPE! It looks SO HARD though.
You'll find chat group chat on the bottom left of your browser, you'll find one on one chat on the bottom right of your browser :)
love the tsunami. by the way how do I get on chat? seem to have lost the link to it :(
It's pretty challenging!
I have to try this one for sure.
I can do the wave part but when I go to do the second part I find it sore on my underarm it's a tough one but I'll keep trying! :)
So cool! Thank you!
Hey, I think I'm the one who suggested the Tsunami! Woot!!!
Jennifer, no the head is not pushing into the arm or ground, it would not be good for the neck, the head is tucked and through the arm. The arms hold you up, with most of the weight being on the flag grip arm.
veena, is your head resting on your forearm while you go into straddle?
Amazing!!!
That looks really cool :)
yay! thank you! I might be brave/strong enough to try it.
Thank you!
This is awesome!! :D
Good tip! That's awesome you managed one!
