Are you referring to when I demonstrate how I sit in a chair? If so you can do the same just scoot forward on the chair and position one leg so the knee can point down. Does that help?
The exercise ball will be great for home, but do you have tips for work? I'm a substitute teacher and I'm in a different classroom every day, so can't bring a ball everywhere. In elementary I am usually active, but in middle/high school I'm in my chair for most of the day.
