Today you'll improve your shoulder strength and work on a few fun transitions and tricks before finishing with some massage.
Pro tip: From now on we'll be walking into all of our static spins with the exception of when you first learn a new spin. Walking into your spins will allow you to produce more momentum and it will also improve your flow so things blend together, instead of stopping to set up for a spin.

Hi ! I didn't found the combo side sit to back bend ! except that I finally could succeed in handstand on the pole, i'm so happy ! During all that time I didn't have the nice leg position... Finally it changes everything ! :)
That’s great
yes !! and where can i find the combo side sit ti back bend ?
I don’t have a combo for side sit into backbend.
Oh ok ! It's because i thought some of the upper comments mentioned that. Might not have understand, I'm french ;)
Oh yes, you can’t go by very old comments because I updated all of the programs last year and things are different now!
Haha, this was supposed to go in my notes! Speaking of oopsies, is there a way to delete or edit comments published, Veena?
lol you can’t change or remove a comment but I can take it down for ya.
That would be great! Thanks, Veena. :)
I'll take care of it now :) This reply will be gone as well.
The Stands Routine is serious business!! I didn't get upside down on the wall (this time) and wound up with a charliehorse in each butt cheek, lol. Oddly enough I feel more comfortable doing a reverse handstand on the pole. I was even able to walk my hands closer to it this time! I call that progress.
Sounds like a great session again ? I felt more comfortable in handstand position too, took me a while to like elbow stand but I definitely could do an elbow stand sooner than handstand. ?
Liked the little combo too. . . simple and pretty.
??
this was my first time doing the stands routine and it was very difficult for me to get one foot up. and i could not lift up one leg slowly. I would lift one leg up and the next one would go up with it. I am also not sure I have my head positioned properly. I will need to practice more and next time take a video. I kept going even though I almost puked during my 1st attempt lol I had fun doing the 2 hand plank and the twisted dismount https://share.snapchat.com/m/FJW8VhC-?share_id=s33nz-eFTRS4HGTvharVzw&locale=en_US i almost got the combo side sit to back bend but I was already exhausted by the time I got to it. Thank you for the great training.
Oh boy, yeah being upside down and straining can cause that. I’m glad you have a good session though!
The twisted dismount looks good ?
Day 16 that was a hard one to come back to especially the stand routine it was more the head stand and handstand against the wall ? the rest was perfect twisted dismount was ok I did it but its ok , loved the side sit to back bend ? both sides and needed the flow motion melt xx??
Yay!
Thank you for your fast reply! :-)
Oops...added refresh it should be there! Thanks for letting me know
Hi! Where is the flowmotion Strech?...
can't get twisted dismount for the life of me i keep falling on my back and hurting myself i dont understand how your legs control your pace down if they are too grippy and don't slide at all and then if they aren't supposed to be grippy then how do you not keeep falling im so mad
You can always replace the twisted dismount with a different one. However, understand this is an important skill to know before doing any sort of inverted pose on the pole. Having control of the pole with your legs can help save you from a fall. Also, yes, it often takes a lot of time to understand grip control. This can be especially challenging if you have a sticky pole, grip your legs or sweat a lot. Feel free to send me a video and I can help troubleshoot.
Hi replying to both ur responses. I'm going to send you a video so I can see if I am doing it right. Thanks, I was wondering too if this was a skill I needed to learn, sounds like it is fundamental! Sending vid now. Thanks Veena
I forgot to hit send the other day with this reply: If what you're saying is true, you need to STOP and go back to beginner level one. If you don't have control over your legs, you should not be using this program.
