FLOOR WORK - ADVANCED: This sequence and combo is a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. I also have a nice blooper at the end. I always start off learning new shoulder-related moves on a mat or carpet. Pressure is never on the neck; instead, it's on the upper traps and scapula area.

You never know what lessons might pop up.
I love this! Also i love the hammock in the back. You wouldnt possibly be doing lessons on that would ya. I would LOVE to learn!
I love these new lessons you've posted! :)
love this!
Haha yes foam rollers and ponytails don't mix! Let me know how it goes guys 💜
This looks great! I can't wait to get a chance to try this. Damn that long hair lol, nearly as bad as getting stuck with a ponytail under a foam roller!
Thanks! I learned this awhile ago at the pole dance studio but still haven't troubles with it! This will help a lot! :) Will work on it tonight!
YES! I was hoping you'd have a tutorial on this one. :) I learned it last week and was having the same issue with it that I had with shoulder roll - the placement of the knee when it comes time to roll. Looks like the knee goes beside the shoulder when you're ready to roll. I was putting mine beside my head. Oops! Thanks Veena!
