Today you'll begin to practice a new piece of choreography which will focus on edge work and tracing. Remember you don't have to learn all of it at once, you'll be working on this later on too.
Pro tip: In my tutorials, I refer to the use of the heel (pointy, back part of the shoe) as tracing. Edge work is usually done with the toe box (front part of the shoe).
Allow the videos to play in order and follow along. Feel free to pause anytime you need to.
Below is a list of direct links to each full length tutorial you worked on in today's session. Remember you only need to click on these if you'd like more help or information.

I could barely keep up with the routine, LOL. I'll do the tutorial with all the moves broken down. I must say I love love love these tracing moves--this will be a fun thing to work on. :)
I feel like heel work is harder to follow than other pole choreography. Theres so much going on at one time! lol
Agreed. Steering with upper body feels powerful but I forget where my toes should be on the ground.
??
I'm really enjoying the tracing and edgework! I was pretty lost during the routine, but breaking it down into a couple moves at a time does help. Looking forward to revisiting this! ????
Yes, breaking it down definitely will help. You could also try following the choreography, but at the same time stay aware of how your body wants to naturally move. Maybe you want to take a bigger step, or smaller step. You could also try using different grips from what I demonstrate. just a few ideas for you to play around with.
