What an awesome workout! Short and to the point but yet just challenging enough to be effective and not too overwhelming.
Awesome, I'm glad you liked it!
Even though I am still a beginner but wanting to challenge myself and work my way up to become an Intermediate Leveler Goddess, would this be a great and best way to start to get into doing Inversions, Shoulder Mounts, Deadlines, and many other higher advanced moves?!
Sorry I missed this question! Yes, this routine would be helpful for so many advanced tricks.
You make those V compressions look like a walk in the park. They are tough !
It’s called acting ha ha! When I first tried, these, I could barely do two, and I would get terrible cramps in my hips
Haha move over Meryl Streep! I appreciate knowing that these didn't come easy to you either. It's so reassuring and motivating. Thankyou
??
Yay!
Love it!!! The pikes hard, full body exercise! Certainly not touching my forearms with the ball - maybe one future day. 😅
i lost the plug for my yoga ball, so for years it was deflated and unusable. i found some replacement plugs on amazon, so now i can do this workout! cant wait!
I’ve just ordered a stability ball to give this one a try
Ooh I love it! You have the same ball as me only mine is black😍can’t wait to try this work out! 🏋️♂️ xxx
Oooh I'm going to feel that tomorrow! Love it!
Love this creative workout!!
Doing this tonight!
Yes I need this!
I need a ball now
You're welcome!
That was fun! Thanks!
Are there any alternatives that can be used instead of an exercise ball? Long story, but I don't have one in my current location and I don't want to keep a bulky item around here.
You could try using a chair for some of it and the floor, but it’s definitely not going to be the same as the ball. I know they take up a lot of space, but they can be used for so many things like a bench for lifting weights training for stability. I swapped out my desk chair for the ball when I didn’t have space to keep the ball around. Just throwing out some suggestions, but you don’t have to have a ball just know it’s a really useful tool.
