zerona or smartlipo?

Not that i am doing this now because im jobless & broke but ive been looking at non & low evasive procedures to get rid of my stubborn baby pooch sometime in the distant future. Anyone know if zerona is effective in getting rid of fat & tightening skin? what about smartlipo? If you have had or know someone who has had the procedure please share your knowledge and/or experience. I eat healthy & exercise regularily, but I just cant seem to lose these few inches of baby pooch & skin. If you know of any other procedures as well that are good please share.

I paid lots of money for zerona and it did nothing. I went to a chiropractors office for it because they had this money back guarantee if you didn't lose so many inches. I did it for 3 weeks or 9 sessions with little to no results when I went to talk to the dr expecting my money back it wasn't really an option he offered me 6 more sessions free of cost plus this detox diet plan plus all these supplements. The diet was so hard but I did my best to stick to it. It was basically to eat nothing but lean protein like eggs and fish and fruits and vegetables and these gross shakes. After 6 more sessions over 2 weeks and eating like this I dropped a few lbs and the inches they guaranteed me. Also when they say you're guaranteed to lose 3 inches its not like your waist will go from 30" to 27" they measure you in 10 different places and add it up like your neck arms thighs knees ect... Anyway I feel I lost the lbs and inches because of the diet and the laser did nothing. And hey a detox diet won't cost you hardly anything so try that first.
