haha dog butt! Great job! I can get my arms through find, because I have chicken legs, however I can't bring my hands to my face without falling over!! lol
Thanks guys! I found this video on how to get into it funny: http://instagram.com/p/uPigiWyHqn/?modal=true I found that if I tried to get my hands to my face I was just rounding my shoulders and back and stretching my neck... when I actually pulled my arms and legs back to my face it wasn't happening :P

Begin in full lotus posture. Sweat helps too. Try to thread your arms though your legs andVeena ·
Yes! That's what I found too, I went from this isn't so bad to hunchback! I'm gonna play around with it later today.

I freakin did it!! Day 17! I kept falling over before.... this time, I held it long enough to put my hands to my face and back to prayer!
Gorgeous!! Veena I feel like you and I have similar body types...any words of wisdom on the lanky legs front for this pose?
Veena ·
I found I was putting my arms too far through, I keep it just around my elbows and then really contracted my whole body. If it didn't tighten everything I always fell face first. lol I also gently lifted up on my legs with my hooked arms to anchor myself.

Lol at the mental image of you falling face down in this pose 🙈 although...I'll be doing the same soon...and seems like there was probably a lot of that happening! I got a good knee brace and feeling much better so gonna start trying to catch up soon! Excited >_
Veena ·
My kids were laughing at me last night while I was trying this! Glad your knee is feeling better!
I had to put my bottom foot under a drawer to stop it from coming up. Haha. I was so tight this morning. My jade suffered as well.

Still looks good tho! Allyson! Day 18!
Starting to play catch up ^_^ I have no idea if I'm doing this right, but it felt REALLY good. Hooray for new poses!
Day 9-14 (not including splits for knee reasons 😶)
Lucca, your Day 8 looks amazing!
Thank you! I really liked that one ^_^ felt so good along that left side
I've tried to upload my day 11 a bunch of times so in sorry if it posts again!
Day 19! In the park across from my house. It's a bunch of historic barns that they moved there when farmers in town wanted to tear them down to build more modern and functional barns. They make the perfect neighbors :)

Day 19! We went hiking with the family, doggie too, and we stopped to play in the woods! The barn background is beautiful, I love barns, having grown up on a farm and all 💜
Thanks! Looks great Veena! Wishing I checked out the video for the advanced version. I was out and about so I just quickly looked at beachyogagirls version so I could get back to helping my husband with yard work. Oh well. I'll do that version another time, I think I could have done it. :)
still trotting behind hehe here's DAYS 8-14! ....days #10,11,14 : my god!! body was so uncooperative! i didnt think i would struggle so much with these poses haa... damn shoulders again! could NOT for the life of me straighten my legs in the elbow stand, and could barely hold the pose for a few seconds. I love that this challenge is really highlighting the particular areas which need work, as well as pleasantly surprising myself with a few poses =) =)
haaha reverse flex comparison; here is a photo from back in march 2014 when id only been poling a few months and hadn't started to get hench yet!! dohh!
Day 20. Not easy!
21 done.

I'm behind!! We're on the road, I should be able to catch up tomorrow 😃 We're already so close ro the end, yay us!!
