Days 11 and 12. These are definitely getting harder. Day 11 is an impossible move for me
You're crazy Neesy. You're doing awesome!!!!

Thanks Allyson. This is definitely a challenge for sure, and this is the longest I've ever gone in a challenge! I usually give up by Day 5. So this is good for me. Thinking of starting Veena's take off & Ab challenge!

Good job everyone!! I'll be uploading later today 😊

Day 12 and 13!

Oops
I can't tell what her feet are doing in the picture. Is she sitting on both her heels, heels outside hips or in a lotus/half lotus? Veena, I can't tell if you're in a full lotus or not either.
Veena ·
I'm not sitting on the heel only placing it beside my butt.
Dustbunny, try watching the videos on IG, it helps me see what's going on. http://instagram.com/p/uE55_5yHKY/ http://instagram.com/p/uFb4NvsOr8/ I hope that helps a bit! I'm going to do it later. Looking great Veena!

Day 16! Slowly seeing my flexiblity coming back to where is was before! Everyone is still looking great, how are we gonna do tomorrow!!? Lol 😳
I actually tried day 17 last week because I was curious. It looks like her legs are in lotus with her arms threaded through and she's balancing on her tail bone? So my first attempt was to put my legs together and then thread my arms through but it didn't work. Then I put my arms through as I was putting the legs together. That was fine it was the balancing that was tricky at that point. I don't know if that helps but good luck everyone. Hopefully I'll get caught up soon. :)
So I gave it a go... Yeah, getting your arms through isn't easy. Kinoyoga had in a post that putting coconut oil on your legs will help you slide through... but I just wasn't up for it, I'm comfy in my leggings. I did have to take off my sweatshirt though or my arms wouldn't slide through. It actually wasn't so bad but the tops of my feet are really bruised and tender right now which made it difficult... Maybe socks would have added a bit of comfort on that front... but my puppy could only sit still for so long without licking my face so I didn't have time for a wardrobe change.
