I got it in the mail today and just put it up in my bedroom!! It was very easy. I trieed spinny a lil bit and I can see how people get sick. lol🤮 But I cant believe it!!! I know im gonna have to take Veenas lessons when my husband deploys but for now just dancing and messing around...maybe a dvd...:) so happy!!!! SO IT BEGINS!

ahhhh im so happy for you, get veena's lesson they are awesome and you will have your money worth much more thab the dvd's, ive tryed them all and nothing compares to veena

I am very happy, and looking forward to many days of fun.:) I tried to do basic spins and damn that pole is unforgiving! lol I decided to do stength instead..:p I plan to do Veenas lessons when i have more time to dedicate to it.. thanks for the tip Olivia:)

Lyme - Ah it's too bad I'm not down in CA then! I grew up in Ventura County! btw, if you want to try any stainless steel lilmynx poles, you should register to take a class at stagelight studios in ventura.
