I believe the xpert spins, but the xsport doesn't.

Yep, looking for a new pole Lyme?
Yes! After watching Paunobs performance it made me cry and reinspired me. I am going to keep on my running plan, but want to start w pole and continue w my splits progress. So far three weeks off the pole and ready to get back at it! I think a 40 would work much better w my small hands too.
