Actually, as far as I know, the silver titanium finish is only available in Australia. The rest of the world has to settle for titanium gold, lol 😀 . There shouldn't be too much of a difference between the two besides color. Maybe one of the Aussie girls can enlighten us? 💡 ❓

Oh really? Im from Australia and I knew they weren't available everywhere but thought other places would have them aswell..We never get anything first.lol yea i reckon that might be the case, both being titanium they should have the same grip I would think. Well thanks girls 🙂 I'm off to buy my pole!! yay!! 🥂
Ya know, I never take into consideration skin type when suggesting finishes for people and it's sooo important! We are all different and our bodies will react differently to different finishes. I have very moist skin. I think it may be because I am (was until very recently) a dermatology nurse and I'm obsessed with healthy skin so I'm constantly moisturinzing myself and my kids too. Like, it's bad. I have a 10 minute moisture regime that I do every morning LOL. Anywho, I personally haven't had much of a problem on stainless steel. I don't usually recommend it for beginners because so many people complain about it's slipperyness. I've never used a new one though. maybe that could be it. Anywho (again) I love my chrome X-pole and my next pole will be a 45mm TG X-pole because I love the brassy type finish.

Here's an article I wrote a long time ago about Poles and Grip.... https://www.studioveena.com/info/category/poles/
sissy I do a lot of moisturizing as well, but my skin is always dry 🙁 One of the few things I have found that help is Lush's body butter bars. It doesn't help that the building I work in is one of those that just suck the moisture right out of your body, I feel myself drying out the minute I walk in. After next week I will know if I'm going to do chrome or titanium, and I have to figure out 50 or 45 🙄 decisions decisions!!!!

Yea my friends has stainless steel and she said it was hard to use at the start, but after a few months of using it and wearing it in..she loves it!
I am wanting to get a pole, my ceilings are a little over 9ft, do I need an extension? I'm wanting to get an Xpole. Thanks! 😀
That's good to hear your deciding to buy your first one! I suggest you try first lil mynx. It's my first one also. If you are of smaller stature and have small hands then this pole will be great for you. Otherwise I have personally found that I like a bigger pole when gripping with my legs! This is a nice sturdy removable dance pole. Because of the ceiling mount it is able to handle a moderate amount of lateral stress. Anyway, Good Luck to you. 🐱
