NEW Stretching Tutorials are here!

Veena
I'm pleased to announce I've finished uploading nearly 70 New stretching and muscle release tutorials! Whew!
The old tutorials we fine, but the new ones are so much better!
I've demonstrated options for using props to help those who are less flexible. You'll also see several styles of stretches for each video. Styles included: Passive, Active, Resistance and Movement. In addition to all of this, you'll see multiple, position variations, to try. I've also included related lessons for all muscle release techniques to help increase mobility before stretching.
This video has more info and it will take you directly to the Stretching and Flexibility section [www.studioveena.com]

The Tutorials looking great! Have not seen them before.
Recently I'm very obsessed with the dancer pose (what it's called in yoga) aka your advanced ballerina stretch. I'm not very good at this, working with a band for reaching (someday) my foot. Is it possible you do a little program for flexibility goals like this ballerina stretch, the bridge, maybe neelde scales or something like that?

Maybe in the future. For now know that if you continue to do the related lessons below the main video you'll get there. It takes months of consistent training to see a change. I also suggest using the active back routine [www.studioveena.com] and active shoulders routine [www.studioveena.com] If you're looking to target those areas.
