Aerial yoga online - any thoughts

Hi
Now that I can do two spins and climb and know that I won’t entirely fail in my grand ambition of poling , I am wondering what people think of aerial yoga as a pole complementary exercise?
At present I do stretching , weights , hit and pole and am working out most days . I would love to try aerial yoga as it looks like it would help with pole but there is no class near me
Does any else have experience of trying this at home with the proper equiptrment and instruction or maybe I am just biting off more than I can chew !

Have you taken a look at the hammock tutorials here? [www.studioveena.com]

If not give them a watch and see if it seems like something you'd like. They're fairly inexpensive to buy and as long as you can find a stud and drill into a joist and use a lag bolt you're good to go as far as set up.

Veena, you've saved me money and quite a bit of agonizing of how to jump start my poling!! I've been in a pole rut for a couple years and now I'm back in the game!! I can't wait to start these! How I've missed it! Thank you SO much!
