80s and Synthwave
I love the 80’s! I was born in 1977 and my earliest memories occurred during the 1980’s. I remember watching cheesy, aerobic workouts as a child and I loved it. No idea why, maybe I thought it looked like they were having so much fun? Back then I would have never imagined that one day I’d teach pole dance through a computer or phone screen. Crazy! As a kid my phone was still attached to the wall!
This week I’m sharing 3 brand new videos that pay homage to these instructors who inspired me to love fitness.

Ooh I love this! 1978 here and I’m an 80’s fan too. I watched my Mom do all those aerobic videos and that’s what always inspired me to dance and exercise regularly.
