Since the vid I shared on this move the other day was a tutorial kind of thing and those are not allowed as direct uploads (sorry, I wasn't aware of that, but it makes sense now), I'll reply to you like this instead. Some were asking if the pole is on static mode, and yes it is. I think that if something similar is going to be done on spin mode a different technique has to be used. If there is something I've learned since I started poling it is that "impossible is nothing":) lol, but be VERY careful! And to everyone else who sent comments I just wanna say thanks! @Cherished: Thanks to U, the pleasure is on my side:). @PlatinumATL: I understand what you mean. I do actually get quite a good momentum in the spin. Regarding the Roundabout it may not be a suitable approach to everyone, we are all different. But at the moment I personally don't know what could work better as conditioning. Be careful with your wrist in any case!
