Thinking of buying Pleaser Kiss3010 thigh high boots...

Does anyone own Pleaser Kiss 3010 thigh high boots?(http://www.pleaserusa.com/ProductDetail.asp?PROD_CD=KISS3010%2FB%2FM&STYLE_CD=KISS-3010) I saw a pair for a great deal on Ebay and I'm debating on getting them. Now what's making me hesitate is that these boots don't seem to have zippers or laces and I'm imagining myself huffing and puffing to cram myself into them. I've never worn boots that didn't have laces or zippers so any feedback from anyone with medium bordering on large calves who's tried these boots or similar ones would be helpful 🌸

Cant help much, but from what I read, Pleaser brand are the ones to buy.

Do they have any more detail on the boot? I know that the ones that are coated lycra do not like the pole and tend to have the coating come off the first time it touches pole. Lots of pole dancers have complained about it.

Thanks Lyme Lyte and Chemgoddess1😉 @Chemgoddess1-There isen't more details even on the pleaser sight. I'm glad you mentioned the issues with coated lycra ones because I had never heard of that😕. Are those the more legging type boots? Would they normally list that in the description?

I think larger legs/calves might be helpful - and defintitely go for the ones with a zip! I bought similar boots (the stretch/flimsier version without the zip) and I can't do much poling in them as they scrunch right down to my ankles. My first scorpio wearing them involved an unanticipated drop 😮

As a dancer so I am kind of an expert on shoes and how well they stay together... I have broken about 4 pairs of pleasers and don't care for the dancer shoes much. I have to say I have some white thigh high pleasers which I love but they run about 1 size smaller than dancer shoes. I am a size 6 and my boots are a 6 and are tight on my toes. You might want to get one size larger than you normally wear if you are getting boots. That might also help in the calf department. Hope I helped you some, XOXO

@Cringirl lol oops I totally missed "side zipper" in the web site description THANKS😀 @ Moth I have the opposite problem where they scrunch down bc they make the sizes for thinner legged ppl. Thanks for your imput😉 @Chemgoddess1 ahhhhhh ok I see the difference now. THANKS😀 @Ivygirl726 I'm glad you mentioned the sizing. I'm a 6 1/2 and I find in Pleaser I wear a 7 so I was thinking of going with the & but wasen't sure about the calf sizing. THANKS🥂

I definitely agree with Ivy--if you're getting Pleaser boots, go up a size. I'm glad someone told me to do this before I bought mine; I normally wear an 8 but bought a 9 in Pleaser thigh highs, and that was just about right. They would have been way too tight if I'd gone for an 8.

@Horsecrazy good point. The thing I like about these boots is they taper outward at the top so they give room for upper thigh area. Thanks!

Hi Ladies, I don't want to put anyone off buying pleaser boots, but I purchased a pair and they tore on the pole climbing foot after wearing them only 3 times 😮 I'm trying to get a replacement at the moment, but I think it will do the same again. It seems that any pressure on them rips them to shreds. A couple teachers at my pole school have had the same problem. On a positive note, I've never had any issues with their heels and I have heaps!

In my experience boots get beat up quite quickly, I suggest them for more floor based dances rather than pole based dances. I like pleasers a lot probably more than Ellie's, although Ellie's have served me well but I have broken the platform and heel of many an Ellie shoe and have had so far decent luck with pleasers. The pole eats the vinyl on the boots so just be prepared for that - if you're using the boots as a grip aid - perfectly fine - just realize they aren't going to hold up at all. Like I said, I use boots for non pole work - oddly - so they stay nicer longer. I am a size 6 and am the rare girl who wears a size FIVE pleaser and my Ellie fives could be smaller but I'm told they don't make child sized stripper heels, lol!

Child sized stripper heels--LMAO! How tall are you, Charley? I'm a pretty petite girl, and I wear a size 8, which I think is about average, if I remember correctly. I have not had a problem with my boots getting torn up by the pole so far, but I am curious to see how they will hold up on my new TG x pole. I put them on while practicing on the TG last night while I was messing around on spin mode, and they were ok--I messed around for about an hour with no problems, but we'll see what happens during later sessions. What will probably happen is that I'll be doing a dance for my boyfriend, and mid song they'll just come completely apart while I'm upside down. I'll just tell him that was part of the strip, I guess.

I have a pair of Pleaser boots that I bought when I first started pole dancing (3+ years ago) that are still my faves. I have scuffed the tops of them and worn off near the toes a little on spins but have not had the vinyl come off just from pole work. I am sad because the heels are starting to separate from the boot and Pleaser does not make them any more. Mine are the standard lace up kind, again, no stretch to them.

Hmmm for those of you who have boots they pole with which do the like the best and what else should I look for? LOL who knew buying boots would be as complicated as doing your taxes😕?!
