watching Eva Bembo. I love her style. I have long felt bored with watching trick trick trick on the pole and she is so interesting to watch. How on earth is 1:36-2:00 possible: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=807638025919323&set=vb.100000193995304&type=2&theater Any tips on these? It's like she's just floating. I tried today to no avail and am nudging out some of my trick goals to accomodate more bottom-of-the-pole/floor moves into my dance repertoire. :)

Morgana - I love that spinning base plate thing Elena is using! never seen that before. Can you share anymore Russian polers with us? I know of the ones everyone talks about like sokolova, bembo, koda etc. but there's so many more and usually written in russian so I don't even know how to search for them lol

This has definitely motivated me to focus much more on being 'slinky'. As far as the lift mentioned at the beginning of this video... I have no tips on how to be successful there, but I'm at least going to try it. XD
