I'm preparing to redo and add to my stretch and flexibility lessons. I'd like to know what your thoughts are. Would it be nice to have the setting of nature or backdrop as before? A. nature B. Backdrop

I'm excited to see the new flexy program. I've completed the original one two times....I really love it
