strech today

Anyone want to stretch later today? I want to do Veenas split routine and her back flexy routing....about an hour total. I am off to chruch and running some errands, but thinking later today. I am on Michigan time which is Eastern Standard time.....basically 9:30 right now. Let me know. Chicago is an hour benind me and so on as you go West. I will be checking my post in a few hourse see if anyone is up for it and we can set a time. Maybe even meet n the Bendie Buddie room (however that workds)......... If not, have a good day!

Yes! But I might be driving to st. Louis today to pole jam from 3-5 which would mean I'd need to leave here around noon and I wouldn't get back until around 7.

I'm up for a good stretching and even some pole jam (: I'm on Eastern Time zone as well (Canada Ontario). I have a few things to do this morning but able to meet up anytime after 1:00pm today if that works with you?

Im thinking about 200 michigan time. I will get into bendie buddies about then. Sorry 7 is too late....my son will b over tonight.
