Going to be in sacramento california area for a week and wanted to know if anyone can recommend a stuio I could go to practice or take an advanced level class?

Cant help you with this one, but maybe you can help me! I just posted a blog about a week ago looking for a studio in Philly when I travel there for about a week. Did not get one response........do you know of any?

Are you going to be closer to Sac or maybe close to San Francisco? I live in Fairfield (right smack dab in the middle of Sac & SF) so I might be able to recommend some places.
Lyme Lyte- MasterJ Moves is in Philly and while I've never actually taken a class there I have met the owners and some students. I've enjoyed them all. They also offer men's classes as well. I've got no affiliation, just my opinion...

Hi Jeng. I live and teach pole in Sacramento. Sacramento Pole Dance Studio. There are advance classes every day except Sundays. I teach 7pm Tuesdays. Hopefully you can come.
