Hello, I have a quick question I'm hoping someone can help me with. My husband and I are moving to a trailer. ( no its not white trash like) but I'm kinda sad I won't be able to put my pole up since it dosent have a main support beam in the celing, but there in the walls? Idk its weird the way he explained it. Is it possible to do so, has anyone done it?

I know of a lady here in Ohio that has a Lil Mynx on her outdoor patio. It is covered and she put the attachment right into teh wood. Not sure what kind of pole you have but this would be a great question to call customer support about. I know X and PS both have mounts that can be screwed into a beam instead of the domes.
Rixi had a LM in her trailer....before she upgraded to a nice brass stage pole. I would send her an email and ask her.
its an xpole knock off, it has the dome on the top. but the cielings in the trailer are flat not valted. i may just try it, and if i hear anything cracking ill know its time to stop. :( makes me sad
If you have some type of stud up there, you can do what I did and have the hubby screw right through the dome into the stud! My pole is not moving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I posted a picture under my photos showing the dome with the screws in it. Mine too is a fake and was always slipping out of place.
I live in a mobile home and have a pole in my bedroom. I also have vaulted ceilings. Somewhere in my videos there is one that shows the 3/4 plywood donut I screwed to my ceiling then put my dome over it. My poles not coming down with me on it. One bit of advise though. Make sure you dont overtighten your pole or you'll end up with a cracked ceiling!
Yes that is another option. Just don't take it down, you can do something so it stays.
I live in one as well. Im not sure how the vaulted mount would work with the ceiling but its worth a shot. Long before I got my stage pole, I rented the studios pole. Its also a tension mounted one piece pole. We put a coffee table book up there along with a wooden block and tightened it up. That bad boy wasnt going anywhere. I now have a star stand alone and its great except I run my ceiling fan when I have it set up. But who needs a ceiling fan right?
Seeing as it is a knowk off I am not sure what options you have. X also has a commercial mount that is a little different than the vaulted mount. I do not think they have it on their site.
I know that we have sold our poles to several customers who live in a mobile home so we definitely have options available. I think that a permanent pole is always recommended in mobile homes but Janice would be able to give you a more accurate response. Although, I lived in a mobile home and used our removable, brass multi-piece and it worked just fine - though I made sure to always be on the beam or stud. But maybe it varies depending on the mobile home.
